Time Out You have exceeded the time limit and your seats have been released. The lottery will open at 11 a. ET two days prior to the performance date and will close for entry at 9 a. ET the day prior to the performance. Winner and non-winner notifications will be sent at approximately 11 a. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or participate. Repeat entries and disposable email addresses will be discarded. Tickets must be purchased online with a credit card by 4 p. ET the day prior to the performance using the purchase link and code in a customized notification email. Tickets not claimed by 4 p. ET the day prior to the performance are forfeited. Lottery tickets may be picked up at will call beginning 2 hours prior to the performance with a valid photo ID.

Ticket limits and prices displayed are at the sole discretion of the show and are subject to change without notice. Lottery prices are not valid on prior purchases. General Ticketing Details How many tickets can be purchased? There will be a ticket limit of 4 tickets per household. Any ticket purchases that are detected to be purchases from potential brokers, patrons creating multiple accounts, or any action that indicates a purchase in excess of the 4 ticket limit may be cancelled without consideration. HAMILTON for pricing on any available tickets. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Box Office at Theater Square, 655 Penn Avenue or via phone at 412-456-4800. When ordering tickets online, patrons will be given the option either to have tickets mailed to the address on their account or to pick them up at the box office.
In a concerted effort to protect consumers, tickets ordered online will not be mailed or available for pick up until approximately 30 days after purchase. How is it possible that there are tickets on secondary ticket sites and that they are so outrageously priced? 25 level at the on sale, they are most likely coming from an unauthorized reseller source and may not be a valid ticket. We make every effort to sell directly to consumers so that our guests receive the best seats at the best price and the best customer service. Tickets for HAMILTON or any other Pittsburgh Cultural Trust event purchased on a secondary site cannot be guaranteed. All tickets found to be sold above face value will be invalidated. Can I get on a waiting list for tickets? There is no waiting list for HAMILTON tickets. Are group sales available for HAMILTON? Group sales will not be available for HAMILTON. However, group sales will be available for other 2018-19 season events. The best availability for group seating will be for Season Specials. What if I can’t attend my purchased performance? Since all sales are final, we are unable to offer refunds.
